Heilongjiang National Museum assumes the theme of Confucian temple dwelling in Harbin. It was established as the first national provincial level specialized nationality museum in the country. On 25 December 1985, the national Political Consultative Conference vice-president and president of China Buddhist Association, Mr. Zhao Puchu made superscription of the name 'Heilongjiang National Museum ". This hall takes the Hezhe national minority, Elunchun national minority, Korean National Minority, Xibo national minority, Ewenki national minority, Manchu nationality, Mongolian national minority, Daur national minority, Hui national minority and Kerkezi national minority as the key theme for its research, collection and exhibition. Presently, it has display of 8 nationalities altogether.
