The Ningxia Museum is located in No.2, Jinning South Street in Yinchuan of Ningxia. It is the all-around museum. The hall site area is 22,400 square meters. The north and south middle axle is symmetrical to the large-scale antiquity garden constructions and the floor space is more than 7,000 square meters.
There are green grass and dancing trees in the courtyard. The existing excavated historical relics are the Hui nationality folk cultural relic. The cultural relic is handed down for generations and is divided into 8 major categories, with nearly 10,000 pieces. The majority of the collections are being handed down for generations, the major part obtained through the archaeology investigation and field excavation.
Ningxia is the joined area of the south of Yellow River and the border area of various national cultures. There are many north prairie culture animal bronze medals, copper images of Buddha, painted pottery, chinaware, as well as the Helan Mountain rock painting rubbings and the partial material objects, the pal eolith and the zoolite, various types of production tools and life apparatus; all dynasties bronze wares, jade and chinawares, iron hardware, silver and golden wares, wooden and bamboo ware, stele carving, brick carving, coins and so on precious cultural relic.
